Has anybody here ever even been asked "How do I get to Heaven"?
Only by little kids, namely my cousins. I tell them my view, heaven is a state of mind and they need to open their heart to Love and study Christ's teachings. Then they go play Nintendo and I join them .
When a stranger asks us, "how do I get to the freeway?" (expressway)
We give them the directions. When a stranger asks us, "how do I get to the nearest store, we tell them. What do you tell a stranger who asks you, "how, do I get to Heaven??"We only have this one shot at telling them before, we part like two ships in the night. What's the most "important" things we want to, get across to them before we part with that stranger. What would you tell them??
I would tell them that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and I would tell them that they can only get there through Christ.

You do realize the gospel says they are evil and deserve to die, right? That is what is implied when you tell them Jesus will save you. It means you need to be saved. Apparently you haven't told many people that He died for their sin. Because many people don't want to hear it.
Thank God I didn't hear God's message of hope, mercy, forgiveness, and eternal life, from you. If I had, I'd still be an unbeliever...

If you (or anyone) truly wish to witness to someone, then just put yourself in their shoes.
How do you respond to people when they tell you something you may not know, are not interested in or disagree with?
Would you respond differently if they approached you in a different manner? In a way, you would be in a similar position as a salesmen or even a politician.
Aggressive language and rudeness will only turn the person you are speaking to away. Approach someone in an open, nonjudgmental manner and your chances of being heard are drastically increased.

The question relates to, how you as an individual Christian believer would "give testimony of your faith if asked such a question. In reality, most people won't actually come up to a stranger and ask religious questions. I wrote it as a "contrived" scenario, in order to find out what you would say to someone???
