The scripture doesn't say that.
I don't believe all of Jerusalem.

I believe that is the question. I don't assume the text says men.

That's a bit irresponsible.
The word I heard was "men".
So where in the text do we see the word "men"?
Those in Acts 1:26, were they among the 120?

[37] Now when they heard [this], they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men [and] brethren, what shall we do?
Who is the "others" and "they" if "all" in Acts 2:1 meant everyone there?

Traditions die hard. Even with something as simple as this. It's hard to just believe what you read.
So much for the claims of easy believism. Believing God is probably the hardest thing for man to do.

What you are saying is that because they wanted to talk to Peter and the rest of the apostles, the 120 did not receive the Holy Spirit (37).
(13) has "men".
The 120 brethren included women.
Acts 1:14 These all with one mind were continually devoting themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.

Your using verses from a different context!
Acts 2:1 was at a later time, which is referencing the 12 from Acts 1:26...
It says that they were all filled, and spoke with tongues, and that they were men.
Were there women among the 120?
This is a historical, Jewish convention. I think the feeding of the 5000 counted men, but women/children also were present/eating. As well, 'man/men' can refer to humans including women just as brothers/sons of God can also apply to women (hence translators in English sometimes say people/person vs son/man, etc.). Acts 2 says the outpouring was for sons, daughters, men, women, all people.

They said: "Where is the God of Elijah?"
I say: "Where are the Elijahs of God?" (Ravenhill "Why Revival Tarries")

Why Acts 1:26 and not Acts 1:15 which is the context for Acts 1:26?
It's a different context. Appears you may be right. Excuse me, it is the same context.
