The eyes of the Lord, or God, or Jesus Christ must be in the “Head” of the Body, the Church. The Bishop of the Church is mostly the Mouth of the Head, who speaks FOR the Body. – The Body of Christ can neither speak, see, nor hear; - but only learn from the HEAD OF THE BODY. -- The Body itself has neither the mouth nor the ears nor the eyes, but only the Head of the Body of Christ the Church.
