Always been considered inconclusive.. Blacks are far more likely to be suspected of crimes than their white counterparts, primarily because of the abundance of cops who think like Billybob. In general whites can far better afford expensive lawyers, and that only becomes necessary if they are ever charged in the first place. Justice may be blind, but gold tips the scales.

Yes, that must be it. It can't possibly be that blacks have a [7 times] higher propensity for violent criminal behavior than whites.

Actually the above isn't even what your own link states. When you actually dig a bit deeper there's plenty of factors (including what Morpheus said) that doesn't render it as 'black and white' as you'll gladly swallow. Not that I expect you to actually be even handed on the matter....
