yes and no
the Church (RCC) has never taught that any given person, even Hitler, is in Hell (although in exorcisms some have heard the voice of Hitler coming from the possesed... but i digress...)
if a person dies unrepentent of a mortal sin
he will end up in Hell... but there is a time b4 final judgment
but after phsycial death
and in that time... well, i would think there would be time to repent...
that doesn't mean he will avoid Purgatoyr... but he will eventually be saved

What is this mortal sin you guys jabber about? And Hitler and the RCC were a diabolical union. Such a moral organisation, trying to benefit from Hitler's schemes.

That's the reason Our Blessed Mother told us to add the Fatima prayer at the end of each decade of the rosary.
Because Hell is real. Real people are going there. It's a real danger that threatens every one of us. And it's only through the great mercy and grace of God that any one of us will avoid it. That's why we have to pray especially hard.

Jesus taught us how to pray. I think we should heed his teachings.
God is a jealous god and does not suffer us praying to anyone but him. Even Jesus does not wish to be prayed to... only his Father is worthy of our prayers.
It is Satan, who wished to be adored and worshiped by all others that incurred the wrath of God and was cast from heaven. It's a lesson you should learn.
