If the law were being followed, there wouldn't be any prostitutes. That said, the difference there would be a practical rather than legal or moral. Under the Levitical Law, it would be the woman or her father who would make the demand for marriage or payment, and obviously a woman who is working as a prostitute isn't going to make that sort of demand.

From the Old Testament to the New Testament the word of God has not changed in its foundation truth.
It seems odd that so many people find ways to twist the truth to suit their own purposes.
Marriage is the most unique relationship in society.
I'm a human sinner, but I do my best to keep it in check.
Thank God for grace.

Jewish law treats adultery with utmost severity, but defines it narrowly. Adultery occurs under Jewish law only when the woman involved is married. Under Jewish law, if the male alone is married, the extramarital affair is not classified as adultery.
It sure does. But how jewish laws define something in Gods word is not how God presented it in several cases. Adultery is one having a sexual liaison with someone that is married, male or female.
God included adultery in the 10 commandments.
If you are still concerned about Gods thoughts on it, Jesus cleared it right up :
Adultery in the Heart
27 “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ 28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Jesus is speaking this to men, showing that men were guilty of adultery and went further to clarify, that it happens in their own heart.
Men not following Gods ways - doesnt reflect on God, it reflects on men.
Jesus straightened out a lot of their man made additions to His law.

How so, the marital bed is blessed.
Lust is selfish desire.
Wanting the gift that God gave you is not selfish unless you have no care for the other person which would be a weird situation when it comes to your spouse.

You would have heard it said that lust outside of marriage is sin but is ok within marriage.
I disagree with that because if one lusts within marriage then one will also lust for others just the same.
Corruption is in the world through lusts of various kinds and no lust is ever anything but sin.
2Pe 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
1Jn 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1Jn 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
2Pe 2:10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.
Notice the relationship between lusts and these other things. They exist side by side together in an individual.
The attitude of the heart of the saint does/should not include any forms of lust--
Eph 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
Eph 4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Col 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Col 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
Col 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
Col 3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
Col 3:6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
Col 3:7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
Col 3:8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
Col 3:9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
Col 3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
Col 3:11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
Col 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
Col 3:13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
Col 3:14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
Col 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
Col 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Col 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

How does one lust inside ones own marriage?
Lust is far more than simple sexual desire.
Most people don't even understand what it is.
You mean you do not know how one lusts inside ones own marriage.
The answer is you stir it up by dwelling upon it in your mind feelings and emotions, which is disobeying the above scripture I posted.

Also, please define lust.
Lusts are inordinate affections.
That is they are normal desires ballooned up out of their normal desire.
Years of practicing such balooning make such to overcome the individual to the point of their no longer having normal affections and they no longer can express them correctly.
One can play cards for cents for fun or one can be consumed by gambling.
