Going to Church - Remember the Sabbath Day and keep it Holy, "Jesus " All Christians go to church, Most if not all Protestants profess and teach going to Church as Christ has asked of his followers.

some ppl are so illogical when it comes to their faith...
Really, is this a joke, from these posters,? your kidding me right, I have never seen anyone claim to be Christian and preach and teach others to disobey and omit Gods commandments, for that is what true faith defines.

Do not commit adultry.- A commandment from Jesus
Do you need more.?
Jannie
The sabbath is Saturday.. do you attend Church on Saturday? Do you walk to church? Do you cook on Saturday?.. to you work around the house on Saturday?
Do you observe the Sabbath Year? (every seventh year)?
I haven't committed adultery (and never plan to).. so I don't see your point there.
So, it's obvious that you have failed to obey his commandments...

Christianity teaches that the Sabbath is Sunday, Hebrew and or Jews worship on Saturday as do muslims.
Look I obey Gods commandments, I cannot believe you omit Gods commandments, It cleary tells you in every book in the NT of Christ the consequences if a believer does not apply them to his Faith.
You dont need knowledge to interpret what Jesus is asking of you. its simple. If you love me, you Keep my commandments.. John.

Your church does not have the authority to change God's commandments. The Sabbath is Saturday, always has been and always will be.

I am going to guess you are a 7th day adventist or a Baptist, ?
I was a Protestant for half of my adult life sir, and we never preached what you are teaching here on this forum and or thread, it is so anti-christian, I do not have any words to express other than to pray for your soul. You also could be muslim, im not sure, however I do know you dont belong to Mainstream Christianity.

Be mature and Thank you.
This is a serious issue and or debate, people are on here claiming to be Christian, yet teaching to disobey the commandments and preaching half or carnal Faith.
wow. shocking, disturbing, bizzare, to say the least
Jews are saturday the Christians on Sunday, how hard is that.
Its the Once Saved always saved doctrine you are trying to preach which was proven a false doctrine many times over, since it is man-made and of satan himself. He would like you to believe, you just believe in God and do whatever you want, that is not what Christ asks of his followers, true servants abide and follow, all of Gods word, no we are not perfect, but we are all asked to be Holy.

Besides, Jesus set a higher standard for us to follow, a standard that has no wiggle room and looks at our hearts instead of our deeds.
If they are part of the old testament, why did Christ himself apply them and put them in the New testament, why is there Hell and for whom. ? When Christ died on the cross, he left them there for us to follow , this is how we are judged on Faith, this Faith of ours includes obeying his commandments. This is half of Faith, as you cannot have one without the other.

To reiterate, I was protestant half of my life, my protestant christian denomination was Lutheran and we all went to church on Sunday and we also taught to keep the commandments of God. Christians as I have said do go to church on Sundays. So let me speak as a protestant for now, because what you are teaching is not biblical in any sense of Gods word, and most Protestant profess Faith does include keeping Gods commandments, yes grace saves us but you fail to define true faith.
You are sinning by professing to refute and dismiss the words of Jesus himself in the New Testament, we also believe and abide in the Old testament as well.
Most Christians do NOT profess what you are selling here.
Its Absurd.

1 John 2:3
And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
1 John 2:4
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1 John 3:22
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
1 John 3:24
And he that keepeth his COMMANDMENTS dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
1 John 5:2
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1 John 5:3
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his COMMANDMENTS are not grievous.
2 John 1:6
And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.
Revelation 12:17
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the COMMANDMENTS of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

ITT We are shocked and dismayed to find out more exists outside our narrow little faith-box.

To my mind it is wholly irresponsible to go into the world incapable of preventing violence, injury, crime, and death. How feeble is the mindset to accept defenselessness. How unnatural. How cheap. How cowardly. How pathetic.
