Many people believe the Sabbath commandment to be not moral, but ceremonial.

Deuteronomy 10:12 (KJV) And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

Deuteronomy 10:13 (KJV) To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?

There isn't a Bible verse about this unless you supply it.

Just read verse 2, youll find the yoke

GALATIANS 5 [1] Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and BE NOT ENTANGLED AGAIN WITH THE YOKE OF BONDAGE. [2] Behold, I Paul say unto you, that IF YE BE CIRCUMCISED, CHRIST SHALL PROFIT YOU NOTHING.

The book of Galatians is a book containing 6 very short chapters. In these 6 chapters circumcision is mentioned 16 times. The commandments are not mentioned at all. Not once. Yet, those people that wish to do away with GODS commandments use scriptures from Galatians to try and do so.
Paul said that God's commandments are what matters, not if you make yourself a Jew through circumcision or not.

Where are you people getting all your nonsense?

The Sabbath is not to the Christians; the Sabbath of the Old Law that is. The Sabbath now is the same as being IN CHRIST, -- HE IS OUR REST / ETERNAL SABBATH, or Comforter, same thing. - We / “WE” are now in the Eternal Sabbath, We are now IN CHRIST, - not you all, but “WE”!! -- None of you can do anything to debunk that fact of Truth!!!

Paul – 051912

The idea is that the moral law is for Christians, and then that the Ten Commandments are the moral law.

Haven’t you read of the Children of Light, and of the children of darkness? - The children of darkness are of their father the Devil, - that family / HOUSE. ---- The Children of Light are of their Father who is the Light of the World and of the Kingdom, - that Family / House / Kingdom.

I just created some verses, whether you like it or not.

There are two kingdoms. But you are talking about children and houses.

The Children of Christ are His Family, which is His House. - Remember?? – “Save thee and thy HOUSE”. - Not the building, but his family / house. This is the House of Christ, His Church, His Body, His Kingdom, His World, His Creation!! – WE are Jesus’ total Creation!! - Reject that if you dare!!

It seems that you don't understand the tongues of the Angels!!

Are you saying the kingdom of God is the house of Jesus?

I felt you were equating the kingdom of light with Jesus.

I'm asking you if in your view there are portions of the Law of Moses that are not of God.
Of course it was of God. God gave it to them. But it was just for temporary until Jesus came down to be sacrificed.

I urge you to read the NT until you feel confidence that you know everything what Jesus teaches and commands. Then you dont have to ask this kind of questions to anyone. You are trying to get information from other people. You can get them yourself and it is much better getting them on your own.

Jesus talks about the Sabbath too. Then you can decide what to do about the information Jesus gave to us.

I believe Jesus taught about the sabbath.

The reason for questions is it helps us to together arrive at conclusions. Sometimes people have a better question, and this helps us to know what the answer is we are looking for.

The Ten Commandments were given to Moses by God.

Deuteronomy 10:12 (KJV) And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

I don't see the difference between saying you are speaking for the Lord and saying you are speaking for the Lord. Unless you are saying that you really don't have that authority but you are taking it upon youself that people would take everything you say as coming from God, without the need for saying God told you what to say.
