Blovating, in short, makes a speech or a paper boring. I just listened to an example of it recently. The person could have cut quite a bit of material out of her speech and still have gotten her point across.

When I was very young (late teen early twenties) I used to. I have since discovered it's an exercise in pride which is neither worth my effort nor time.

You guys crack me up . Love the posts in here and what made me think of this was actually comparing politician speeches on youtube and what I have heard from them says there is a huge gap! Some give a little one sentence response and then sit there smiling and then some tell you about Cliff in Dover and his letter about his uncle. Yea, I really needed to know that
. I had a teacher once fall me for doing that in a term paper. Deservedly so.
