Anyway, there is a song we sing as children here in Oz. called 'Kookaburra sits in the old Gum Tree'...written years and years ago.
Anyway, the descendants of the guy who wrote the Kookaburra song, sued Men at Work, claiming the flute bridge in 'Land Down Under' was a breech in copywright.
The courts found in favor of the Kookaburra song and it cost Men at Work a huge amount of $$.
Aprox a year later, the Flute player committed suicide.
