She accuses rather than asking and then waiting for an answer. Not very long ago, she accused me of going into her private account and taking away the positive reps I gave her because she could no longer see them.
She sounds like a paranoid basket case. She doesn't stop to think things through. Instead she has a knee jerk reaction to everything and everyone.

Not really. Meshak was the only one out of line, this morning. I tried explaining everything to her many times. I told her that no one had hacked her account. But, instead of looking at what had happened (after having it explained by myself and others several times), she accused me of lying. In most cases, I would have banned her immediately. But, because I didn't get any sleep last night, I decided to explain the whole thing to her again and see if she would apologize. She didn't. She decided to say I was lying again. So, I banned her for disrespecting TOL staff.

I had four options in Meshak's case: 1) I could have permanently banned her; 2) I could have done what I did and just let the system determine her length of banning; 3) I could have given her a custom ban for less time (I was too tired to do that though.); or 4) I could have given her a warning. I have given her plenty of warnings, though. I don't think that giving her an official warning in this case would have done any good. She wanted to be the victim to badly.

I wish you would have chosen option 1 and had permanently banned her. She is an incurable trouble maker.
