http://scotusblog.wpengine.com/

We do not expect any additional opinions today, so NO health care today.

10:36 Amy Howe: The Court will sit again on Thursday to announce the rest of the opinions. So there you have it.

Interesting ruling on the Arizona case though... and I agree with their ruling.

I see no problem with checking the immigration status of someone that has already been arrested. Spot checking random people on the street if they look suspicious on the other hand is racially problematic and needed to go.

Indiana Republican Senate candidate, and the tea-party darling who cut Richard Lugar off at the knees, Richard Mourdock knew on June 21. He posted his video to youtube last Thursday.

Richard Mourdock's Youtube video

"As long as people believe in absurdities they will continue to commit atrocities."

"It is difficult to free fools from the chains they revere."

"The world embarrasses me, and I cannot dream that this watch exists and has no watchmaker."

It's going to be more Kabuki theater... they will strike it down and the Obama administration will do everything it can to make the court the villain in this instead of going back to the drawing board and trying to do it the right way.

I saw a program where this American Farmer lost 2 fingers in a farm accident.

But he could only afford to have one put bck on .

If that Farmer were in Canada , he would have both Fingers put on for Free.

Well, it's not the doctor's fault if the gentleman missed the BOGO sale.

What do you think?

I will see you all back here between 10am and 11am this morning with the Court's decision.

You would probably say the same thing if the Supreme Court fails to strike down any of Obamacare.

Praise The Creator

The individual mandate survives as a tax.

So the mandate is constitutional. Chief Justice Roberts joins the left of the Court.

The Medicaid provision is limited but not invalidated.

The bottom line: the entire ACA is upheld, with the exception that the federal government's power to terminate states' Medicaid funds is narrowly read.

I am so happy! Yay!!

The pain comes from knowing that we have never been safe, and therefore will never be safe again. It comes from knowing we can never be so ignorant again. It comes from knowing we can never be children again. Losing innocence. Remembering heaven. That was the essence of hell. -John Jakes

No, I don't think we will after this..

I expect people will be swayed by the Court's decision and opposition will drop and this will be reflected in the polls, thus boosting the administration - and Obama's reelection chances.
