Interesting ruling on the Arizona case though... and I agree with their ruling.
I see no problem with checking the immigration status of someone that has already been arrested. Spot checking random people on the street if they look suspicious on the other hand is racially problematic and needed to go.
We do not expect any additional opinions today, so NO health care today.

It's going to be more Kabuki theater... they will strike it down and the Obama administration will do everything it can to make the court the villain in this instead of going back to the drawing board and trying to do it the right way.
I will see you all back here between 10am and 11am this morning with the Court's decision.

The individual mandate survives as a tax.
So the mandate is constitutional. Chief Justice Roberts joins the left of the Court.
The Medicaid provision is limited but not invalidated.
The bottom line: the entire ACA is upheld, with the exception that the federal government's power to terminate states' Medicaid funds is narrowly read.

I expect people will be swayed by the Court's decision and opposition will drop and this will be reflected in the polls, thus boosting the administration - and Obama's reelection chances.
