What did you eat for your evening meal last night/tonight?

What do you have for breakfast?

I've just had breaded fish from a box, and oven chips with peas.

Good job I had ketchup to give it some flavour....

Cottage cheese and a fresh peach for breakfast, nice and light for the beginning of a pretty warm day.

Tacos for dinner. Or supper, depending on where you're from.

You put 2 or 3 cups of chopped greens like kale or chard in a blender with any variety of fruit combination you like but the more common are banana and apple, and/or pineapple.

Blend the heck out of it and it's a really bright green smoothie that takes on more the taste of the fruit you've used than the greens.

That sounds pretty good. I should eat more vegetables. My son works with a person who gave him some fresh kale. He used it in a soup.

Do you put any liquid in the shake?

I do, sorry I forgot that. Maybe a 1/2 cup more or less. I've heard of people putting yogurt in, but I'm not too keen on the idea so I don't know how that turns out.

I love yogurt so I would put that in. Shakes are good for hot Summer weather. I think maybe a little pineapple juice would be good in it too.

I will. My son was giving the low down on some kale-shake diet. Apparently kale has some fat burning properties. I bet I can even get him to go to the grocery for the ingredients.

I don't think I have ever had chard. I love raw spinach though.

Last night I had a bowl of chicken soup with crackers.

This morning I had eggs and toast .

I keep it simple though I am planning on having a veggie burger for dinner. I like beef, don't get me wrong but I also like veggie burgers. They remind me of falafel.
