Had roast chicken, roast potatos, steamed sliced carrots, and peas, with beef gravy this evening.
It was exceedingly delicious. A sunday dinner on a Thursday night.

I'm a great believer in supporting an idea with fax.

I know. I think I've aged like twenty years in the last half hour. I'll be lucky if I can remember how to log out at some point.

Pineapple for breakfast. I had some peanuts around supper time. I'm hungry. Maybe I'll have ice cream and then I can say I had a tin roof for supper.

I can't imagine what a tin roof tastes like... other than it being metalic, and hard on the teeth!

I started a diet a few days ago, so this is an excellent thread for just such an occasion.

For breakfast some eggs, jerky and some delicious sugar free candy, the chocolate and homemade kind.

The lady who made it for me calls it a modified low carb diet. I guess it is kind of like the Atkins diet only you can eat low calorie carbs. There is a lot of eating stuff like turkey, bacon, jerky and eggs in it but also 35 calorie bread. I have to trim back some weight so I am giving it a go .

I see that you are from a different country. A "tin roof" is a type of sundae dessert.

A Tin Roof is traditionally...Vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, Spanish peanuts, whipped cream and a Maraschino Cherry on top.

It only hurts the teeth if you forget to brush.
