Hello once semi active member returning

I used to be a semi active member on the board but about 5 years ago (maybe a little more) when I was in a bad headspsce I left. Well for now I have returned . I will probably not be a super active member but I will be posting on occasion and if anybody actually remembers me from the old days they will probably not be surprised that much of what I post will likely be historical in nature.

Anyways it is good to be back.
