Then man up and start arresting people. Donny has his good buddy Billy as head of DoJ. Arrest people.
and you don't litigate these in public as the latest press secretary claims. You do it in a court room. Talk is cheap

you do both - yes, you investigate and bring charges

But you also have the fight in the court of public opinion - at the moment, that is the more pressing

Because it's all cheap talk and a way of deflecting away from how badly the current administration has handled Covid-19?

That's exactly what it is--a convenient smoke-and-mirrors distraction away from the fact that Trump's poll numbers have been slipping in the wake of his fumbling of the coronavirus briefings. His poll numbers actually started slipping instead of rising like they normally do for any other president every time there is a national emergency. And Trump also got to throw a little red meat to his rabid base by trying to throw shade on Obama, accusing him of having committed "the biggest political crime in history!" What a joke.

White House spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany defines ‘Obamagate’

OK got caught up listening to the CBC and I understand that what's going on is that Obama took the unprecedented step of criticizing the current sitting president. We don't do that. Traditionally ex presidents either support the current president or stay silent. And so Trump, who loves a battle is striking back the way he knows.

It's interesting as well to consider that Biden is silent at this time and that Obama is running interference for him.

You're clueless as usual. Trump, in his effort to evade responsibility, has been scapegoating Obama for a long time now. Obama has the right to set the record straight. Of course, you would love for Obama to stand by and say nothing while he gets blamed for Trump's own shortcomings.

Traditionally, our presidents don't whine every day and blame their predecessors for their own administration's faults. They don't call people names. They have an understanding of the Constitution. The list is endless with this weasel.
