Just 55 percent of U.S. teens feel safe in their highschool. And that was a study done by Indiana University and they surveyed 81,000 students in 19 states.

One of the reasons the schools keep asking for, and unfortunately receiving more money, is because they're so top-heavy. They always talk about how they might have to cut teachers. Well, they have teachers in the administrative level to the tune, in Jefferson county, of about 3 administrators to every single teacher. Yet they tell you they don't have enough because they need more money. The system is just utterly broken.
