The company I was working for most recently did something similar with covid tests, which unvax'd employees were required to take every 2 or 3 days. They were going to give us a bunch of test kits, which we would use at home, then we had to take a selfie with the test result and upload it to a company website, all before going into work.
I asked why the vax'd employees didn't have to test, since they were just as likely to catch and communicate the disease as the unvax'd. Never got an answer, just fired for not agreeing to do it.

It looked like the lady at the end of the line at least thought about leaving. Hopefully she left before she made it to the front of the line.
