It hurts.
It hurts to think that the Creator gave us this world to manage, and yet we fail to meet His expectations.
The only thing that encourages me is the thought that the Creator, having given us the freedom to choose—even back in the Garden of Eden—knew what would happen. After all, He is All-Knowing.
In the moments when I speak with the Creator, I cry sincerely.
I cry from my own helplessness.
I so deeply want us to bring Him joy each day through our achievements, by making the right choices.
But we keep stepping on the same rakes.
He allowed us to come to Him through different paths.
Thus, religions were born.
He gave His Son so that we could see how much He truly loves us.
So what is wrong with us?
Why are we so eager to listen to the deceitful voice of Satan and not believe in the promises of the Creator?
But I am sure:
We can reject Satan and return to God.
Amen.
