I think their math is off,,,if they have 52 officers then they will only be able to give 1000 rounds to each officer,if they have 104 officers then then each will only have 500 rounds each to practice with or use when they qualify with firearms. So by the time they practice at the range,then qualify if each officer only has 100 rounds left,,,they should ask for more...
