Recently CMP on their official website released a few more documents relating to contract negotiations it had with Stemexpress and their fake company Biomax.

the first document released is a "Clinic Biological Material Procurement Agreement" with was a standard agreement that was given to all harvesting mills wishing to do business with StemEXpress. This document reveals exactly what they harvest and how its to be sold to StemExpress
1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The term “Biological Material” means, individually and collectively, Fetal Organ(s), Product of Conception and Maternal Blood, as defined herein.

1.2. The term “Fetal Organ” has the same meaning as the term defined in the National Organ Transplant Act (42 U.S.C.A. 274e(c)(1)) and means the human kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas, bone marrow, cornea, eye, bone, and skin or any subpart thereof and any other human organ or any subpart thereof, as from a fetus.

1.3. The term “Product of Conception” (“POC”) means any fetal organ or other fetal or placental material taken from the human uterus during an abortion.

It's not "tissue" that they are selling but human organs from unborn babies

2.2.2. liver-Fetal Organs will be of a minum volume as provided in Exhbit A and of a quality to be determined through mutual dialgoue between the parties during the first four (4) months following the Effective Date. StemExpress will give timely and specific feedback
to BioMax regarding the quality of liver-Fetal Organs and BioMax will procure for StemExpress only those fetal-Liver Organs that comply with the mutually developed criteria; thereafter, StemExpress will not be obligated to compensate BioMax for liverFetal Organs that are not compliant with the critera.

2.4. Nothwithstanding Section 2.2, BioMax will provide to StemExpress all liver-Fetal Organs Biological Materials procured by BioMax that meet the criteria in Exhibit A and StemExpress agrees to acquire from BioMax’ all such liver-Fetal Organs under the terms and provisions set forth herein

It's in the contract they will not buy unborn body parts if they do not meet their quality standards. absolutely sick and revolting.

this document was attached to an email from the VP of StemExpress which clarified the questions that many clinics have had with StemExpress over those two clauses.

Per our dinner conversation here in El Dorado Hills, attached is a draft supply agreement that we hope can establish a relationship between StemExpress and BioMax. While our initial focus is on procuring fetal liver tissue, the agreement is drafted in a manner that enables procurement of other tissues as future client opportunities arise.

I call your attention to sections 2.2 and 2.4 because while the language is straight forward, often I find they nevertheless
require some helpful explanation.

Section 2.2 is intended to ensure that we receive only viable specimens from the clinics. As we discussed at dinner, in the past StemExpress has received tubes from certain clinics containing specimens that range from unusable tissue (unusable for a host of reasons) to blood clots that were mistaken for liver tissue. The common theme in these cases was that the supplier expected payment even though the material was unusable or non*existant. With Section 2.2, we will to take the first four months of the relationship to provide feedback to BioMax that, in turn, you can pass on to your
clinics as to what is / is not acceptable tissue.

Section 2.4 says that BioMax will sell to StemExpress all fetal livers that meet the criteria, which criteria for the first four months is simply 5cc or greater in displaced volume (plus, of course, application of common sense to not accept livers that are clearly destroyed). Livers that are chemically destroyed or traumatized will do not produce viable cell isolates, so those specimens do not work for us. Again, we intend to work with BioMax to refine an acceptance description during
the four months called out in Section 2.2

Otherwise, the draft is relatively routine and, hopefully, without surprises.

they are literally buying and selling human organs and these contracts are routine. Is there any more proof needed that PP and its middleman resellers are breaking the law?

this training document for stemexpress procurement technicians shows that they also did constenting as well. So not only does PP not ship, separate, or store the unborn's organs, now it only sometimes (imo most likely barely) does consents, but they still receive full compensation per body part for doing nothing.

GOP Probe Into Planned Parenthood Funding Comes Up Empty

Jason Chaffetz says he's found no evidence of wrongdoing by the family planning provider.

WASHINGTON -- Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said Thursday that the GOP's investigation into Planned Parenthood's use of federal funds hasn't turned up anything.

"Did I look at the finances and have a hearing specifically as to the revenue portion and how they spend? Yes. Was there any wrongdoing? I didn't find any," he said during a Judiciary Committee hearing on the family planning provider.

Chaffetz, a candidate for House speaker, grilled Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards during a five-hour hearing last week. He questioned her salary, asked about the organization's expenses and revenues, and pressed Richards on why the group had revenue of $127 million last year if it's a nonprofit. (Nonprofits put their revenues back into their programs.)

But after all that, he concluded that Planned Parenthood isn't doing anything sketchy with its money. "Did we find any wrongdoing? The answer was no," Chaffetz said.
