This thread is especially intended for parents fully or partially enriching their childrens' educational experience at home.
#1 Late book fees and police visits
#2 Sick children and adults using the library and making us sick.
#3 Limited size of resources. (sure, a library might have a lot of books but you can have it all with the internet)
#4 Try taking a pack of 5 small kids to the library and keep them quiet while actually having a good time.
So, does anyone want to defend the library system or add to the list of reasons you'd rather use another route to the world of books?
