Reconciled unto God by Jesus Christ / NOT predestinated

How do you believe that you have been reconciled unto God by Jesus Christ and then believe that you have been predestinated?

Answer: You Can't. They are conflicting doctrines.

There are many scriptures that support the doctrine of reconciliation by Jesus Christ.

"And all things are of God, who has reconciled us unto himself by Jesus Christ" 2 Corinthians 5:18.

"God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself" 2 Corinthians 5:19.

"And having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself, by him" Colossians 1:20

"And you, that were sometimes alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now has he reconciled" Colossians 1:21.

If we have been reconciled unto God by Jesus then why would anyone need to be predestinated?

The whole idea in salvation is to be united with God. We are united to God by being reconciled to God by Jesus Christ. I can't find one scripture in the whole Bible that says anyone has been predestinated to heaven or to hell. Its not there, there is nothing. But yet, here are several scriptures that tell us that we have united to God by Jesus Christ.

The doctrine of predestination is anti-Gospel and anti-Christ. Jesus Christ in our name and on our behalf has reconciled us to God by his doing and his dying. God sees ALL THINGS in his Son Jesus Christ. When Jesus entered into heaven we entered in with him.

"And has raised us up together and has made us to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus" Ephesians 2:6.

There it is, that is how we have been reconciled unto God. God now sees us and all of humanity in his Son Jesus Christ. However this reconciliation is not yours if you don't accept it. God is extending his hand of reconiliation as a free gift. It is now your place to accept what God has done for you in Jesus Christ.

Paul said, "Be ye reconciled unto God" 2 Corinthians 5:20. We accept the free offer of reconciliation by faith in Jesus Christ and his work for us. Plus nothing.

The scriptures say the elect were predestined from the foundation of the world and had their name placed in the book of life.

Deal with it.

Yes, I know they appear conflicting, but the doctrines aren't.

The "Elect" are all who have come to Christ through the Gospel, they are the "Whosoevers" Romans 10:13.

God chose ALL OF HUMANITY in his Son Jesus Christ, Ephesians 1:4. But not all want to be chosen in Christ, they are the lost. They have excluded themselves through unbelief.

"For God so loved the world (ALL OF HUMANITY) that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" John 3:16.

Predestination is Christianity. Not each person. Christianity is predestination, and by it we can be reconciled to God.
God already had Christianity predestined before the foundation of the world.

So predestination is your Jesus?

Where does it say that God predestinated Christianity before the foundation of the world?

What it does say is that God predestinated Jesus to be the savior of the world, 2 Corinthians 5:18.
