Does man naturally have ability to Seek God ?

As Paul's words in Rom 3 were from Psalms 14, (and other OT places), perhaps the subjects of the Psalms from which Paul cited were not the same as those later in history. David is addressing fools in Psalm 14. Maybe there are some who relinquished their foolishness. Like I did ! Thanks be to God...

    Easter.

I was wondering if I needed to be in a certain "forum" in order to make new posts, but I don't see the "Post Thread" button anywhere but in the "Home" section. From there, I can post "New threads" in the "Creation Science" and in the "Dominic Enyart Show" sections...only. Maybe I will figure it...

    Easter.

Jesus was the Word that came in the flesh. And thanks be to God, we mere mortals can be baptized into Jesus, so have the same power He did to resist temptation. Jesus was the first reborn, but thankfully, there have been many more reborn since He showed the way. Walking in the Spirit, instead of...

Does man naturally have ability to Seek God ?

He has always been around, and He knows everything, but I have only been here some years: so who is seeking whom?

Does man naturally have ability to Seek God ?

Why not? My conversion glorifies not only God but also the name of Jesus Christ. Faith came by my hearing the "good news", and I acted on that belief. And I thank God for it. I am grateful that I have been freed from bondage to both the Law and to sin. As it is written..."And ye shall know the...

Does man naturally have ability to Seek God ?

If I wasn't a natural man when I sought after, and found God, what was I?

    NT use of OT scripture

Yep, start by giving glory to God, in the name of Jesus Christ, in all your prayers.

    NT use of OT scripture

Like other prayers by Jesus, that one has been answered already. The kingdom in in my heart, according to Jesus in Luke 17:20-21..."And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21...

    NT use of OT scripture

The fact that some refused to accept the King of kings and Lord of lords at the time Jesus freed them, doesn't make the NT/NC moot. The converted Jews and Gentiles have their King, Prince, sacrifice, etc.

Is is wrong to "cherry pick"?

Is Mr. Jordan Peterson a false prophet or ravenous wolf?

That seemed like a lot of writing just to say you don't have to obey God or His apostles because you have the right to. And then to call God given rights to your rescue? It must be the catholic in you that can use God to equivocate unethical immorality.

    NT use of OT scripture

It has already been fulfilled by the perfect, final, sacrifice of the OT, OC, on the cross. No more priesthood, no more atonements, no more dietary rules, no more feast keeping, no more circumcision, etc.

Is is wrong to "cherry pick"?

I have found that the "cherry picking" defense is just a cover for "Oh, I forgot about that one".

    NT use of OT scripture

Would you please provide me with the scriptural evidence of the NT being different than the NC?
