There was no Keystone Pipeline before the pandemic when domestic production was significantly higher than it is now. There is nothing stopping oil companies from ramping production back up to pre-pandemic levels. They just simply haven't chosen to do it yet.

That guy is a total liar. Domestic production was substantially higher before the pandemic hit, and we could easily get back up to pre-pandemic production levels if oil companies would just get back to what they were doing before, with no new pipelines required.
