Which has nothing to do with what was claimed, thank you for playing.
It's not much different if you actually think about it. Do you think it's Christianity in action to kill homosexuals, nuke countries etc?

Nope. Governments nuke countries, not Christianity.
And yes, its much different, Christianity vs Islam, skeptics and atheists mock Jesus all the time, are we beheading you?
Maybe you would like to post the verse from the new testament, calling for a believer to kill a non believer for being a non believer or try to force them to convert (in other words back to the point) (you are attempting to change the discussion, with crimes vs non belief)
If you don't believe these folks can find scriptural evidence to back their claims, you have not been paying attention.Which has nothing to do with what was claimed, thank you for playing.
That doesn't negate the fact that there's far right Christians who would support nuclear strikes even if (thankfully) they can't 'push the button' themselves, so in regards to militant extremism there's little difference. The same goes for nutjobs who would happily impose a theocratic state whereby homosexuals, adulterers and others would be put to death if they had their way. That's religious terrorism also no matter how you might spin it which is the point here though one you'll likely brush off and ignore.
Please make a thread on your new issue that you wish to discuss, it has nothing to do with what i am discussing, thanks.
Parents got mad over in the thing with Allah thing. As the parents complained it.
Allah means "God," the divine entity of the universe.
Sorry to be so blunt.
He admitted that?? :AMR:
There are folks in Tennessee that have a difference of opinion with you on this.not in Tennessee it don't
There were not many followers of Jesus around after he died, either. Basing an argument on the "many" versus "the few" means little to me.not many of them

yes, that's nice
meanwhile, most tennesseans do not recognize allah as God
True, of course. There should never have been a petty argument as to whether or not there are Muslim Americans living in the American south. People have been taught to be reactive and superficial when it comes to valuing others.yes, that's nice

60.55 almost back up there for your daily. it's rising now again
You just have to hear with two ears. The epic moral narrative of the Hebrew Bible as well as the Kingdom of God teachings of Jesus are broadly anti-exclusive. It is the confusion of men that erect the barriers which never should have been erected in the first place.
Being able to separate what the authentic voice-print of the historical Jesus from the propositional theology that was attached to him after he died is a good skill to have.
The New Testament is a complex mix of remembered history, oral tradition, theology, myth, metaphors and legends. Scholars and other historians have developed an accepted methodology to help to separate the different genres in the text and place them in their own religious, historical and religious context.
Few pastors go down this road. They do not want to rock the boat, since any first-year seminary or theological course goes into these matters in detail. The clergy is concerned with dogma and faith--not historical matrix.
and i gotta go - may not be back much for a while :wave2:
Your arrogance in believing you have the ability to read my mind, peer into my soul and guess at my motives is laughable. We know.
You deny the veracity of scripture and elevate other texts to be its equivalent.
More evidence that you are not a Christian.
