Aliens on BEL?

I was on KGOV.com, look around like I do every day. I noticed they posted a clip from the Daily Show from when Bob burned OJ's stuff.

Something in that video (on this frame) caught my eye.

Look closer

Do you see an alien? (Alien as in E.T., not Barack.) I do! Look at those dark eyes. Look how small it is! It even fits in that guy's pocket!!

Look again

If you listen to the NAT sounds, you can almost hear a weird voice say hi. Could it be this alien? How could Bob have missed it?

If so, what could it mean? Are we not alone? Is OJ an alien, too? Do they want health care? Do we have to pay for their education?

Please, BEL fans, give me answers!
