Almost 80% of all abortions in New York City were Black or Hispanic

Thirty percent of abortions occur to non-Hispanic black women, 36% to non-Hispanic white women, 25% to Hispanic women and 9% to women of other races. [6]

What's the ratio of non-Hispanic black women to the entire female population of the U.S.? And for each of the other categories? That would tell us more.
