Hi! I see people with their own custom avatars and I was wondering how to go about doing that. When I click on "edit avatar" the custom part is grayed out, and I only have a set of standard avatars to choose from.

I think there's a minimum post (50?) and time minimum (2 weeks?)
to upload an avatar...

You need to earn some "street cred" first. Or buy your way in.
