As people desert New York, NY they are quickly realizing that they don't need to live in a metropolitan area to make a living, and more importantly the companies that employee them are learning the same lesson. Those same companies are quickly becoming aware that the location of a well qualified employee is increasingly irrelevant.

Very large cites like New York, will likely never return to what they once were. https://www.realclearpolitics.com/v...ve_coronavirus_lockdowns_not_sustainable.html

With instant global communications, God's work at Babel, with the confusing of the languages is all but gone and that is a good thing. In addition, cities use to provide a modicum of anonymity but with facebook, that is also gone. (LOL how ironic) The separation of the lands during the flood, is also all but gone with advent of global overnight delivery. Those three items eliminate the foundation for big metropolitan areas.

"There are countless reasons that nations have gone to war but there are only two reasons why there is war. 1. God at Babel, confused the languages (making many new tongues). 2. The Genesis flood, and God physically separated the speakers of many languages. For countless reasons those divisions on occasion have led to war."
