Romans 6 summary

Theoretical teaching
“(those) baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death” (6:3)
“we were buried with Him through baptism into death” (6:4)
Practical application
“we also should walk in newness of life” (6:4)

Theoretical teaching
“our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with” (6:6)
“he who has died has been freed from sin” (6:7)
Practical application
“we should no longer be slaves of sin” (6:6)

Theoretical teaching
“sin shall not have dominion over you” (6:14)
Practical application
“reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin” (6:11)
“do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts” (6:12)
“do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin” (6:13)
“present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead” (6:13)
“(present) your members as instruments of righteousness to God” (6:13)

Theoretical teaching
“to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey,
whether of sin leading to (eternal) death, or of obedience leading to righteousness” (6:16)
“the end of those things (of which you are now ashamed) is (eternal) death” (6:21)
“the wages of sin is (eternal) death” (6:23)
Practical application
“so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness” (6:19)
Because “holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14)

Theoretical teaching
The BAC has been freed from being a slave to sin!
Practical application
Do not continue to habitually sin, or you will experience eternal death!

Paul has told these Christians that sinning leads to eternal death (Romans 6:16, 6:21, 6:23).

Good stuff until the following:

whether of sin leading to (eternal) death, or of obedience leading to righteousness” (6:16)
“the end of those things (of which you are now ashamed) is (eternal) death” (6:21)

Adding "eternal" to places that it is not there indiscriminately is biasing scripture to your point of view.

Sometimes it fits, but not always.

Likewise, your timeline for sin and its consequences contradicts the following:

Man is already condemned by man's sin

John 3:16-18

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

There is no further condemnation necessary.

For man, in general, additional sin does not put man, any man, into further condemnation.

Yet, that is exactly what you imply.

I am sure others can and may pickup where I leave off.
