Hi , and there are no PERUISITES that say un-beliver has to learn to be SAVED , because the " The soulish man RECEIVES not the things of God , for it is Foolishness to HIM , and he can not KNOW , because it is SPIRITUALLY discerned !!
So , how are people saved today under GRACE and few could tell you !!
