I know most Christians claim they have the HS. They maybe deceiving themselves.

We can claim anything. that does not mean it is so.

No, you are not committing blasphemy. You may be just be criticizing them perhaps unjustly, perhaps justly, but not blasphemy. To commit blasphemy one must be attributing to Satan what God has done. Just like the Pharisees did. (John 8:48,52)

I find that people who insist they have the Holy Spirit are actually far from it.
