KGOV Response Plan for an Islamic Nuclear Attack
Tuesday August 8, 2006. This is show #157.

Summary:
* Be-on-the-Lookout for Eleven Missing Egyptians: The very day after Bob mentions Montana State University, the FBI issues an alert regarding MSU, a "be-on-the-lookout" alert for eleven Egyptians, 20-year-old men who arrived from Egypt in New York, but now have had their visas revoked because they never made it to MSU.
* Be-on-the-Lookout for Millions & Billions of Missing Years: Seventy million years of missing dehydration from soft T-Rex tissue; four billion years of missing dust on Saturn's rings; and a few million missing years of a past for 10-year-old lava from Mount St. Helens!
* John from Denver: Bob utterly rejects the idea of internment camps for Muslims, but presents the KGOV Response Plan in the event of an Islamic attack with a nuclear bomb.
* John from Fort Lupton CO: Talks with Bob about the Young Earth response to the question of starlight and time, namely, "If God created in the recent past, why does starlight now arriving at Earth depict supernovas from stars more than 6,000 light years distance?" The answer lies in the Scriptures report repeated eleven times, that in the Creation, God stretched out the heavens.
* How To Read Statistics 101: Bob shows from a Pew Research Center poll about car ownership that approximately one third of Americans are nuts, and also, how to mature while sitting in traffic!
* Reuters Pro-Terror Reporters: As if it weren't bad enough that Reuters had to withdraw a thousand suspect news photographs by a Lebanese reporter, but also, an employee sent a terror-like (anti-semitic, throat-slitting) threat from the Reuters corporate network to a pro-Israeli website.
* Granite from TOL: could find "nothing recognizably human" in a human embryo, so Bob rebuked him in a TOL post, pointing out that Granite is apparently, "unaware of genetics, and the embryo DNA's four billion base pairs, which not only 'resemble' something human, but are exactly and identically human in every 'way, shape [and] form.'" But then, that's just genetics, and you can't expect Granite to see much significance in something so tiny.
Today's Resource: The state-of-the-art computer animation in Unlocking the Mystery of Life (VHS/DVD), transports you into the living cell to see wildly sophisticated systems and machines like motors that spin at 100,000 rpm and an wildly powerful information processing system including a thread-like molecule that stores billions of instructions to build the essential components of life!

Perhaps next time Bob decides to answer me long after the fact he will have the courtesy to PM me (or, Turbo, you could do that yourself, as opposed to me chancing over this thread).

Real class act, fellas.:BRAVO:

Regardless, does Bob's answer sit well with you?

How do you figure it's my responsibility to alert you when someone responds to one of your posts?

I responded to it for the record.

If you want to make a big deal out of it, Turbo, or a deal out of it at all, you might have the courage to let me know. If you want to trump this bit as a triumph on Enyart's part allowing me an opportunity to respond is the least you can do.

You responded by dodging. "I said blastocyst, not embryo!" As if that renders Bob's point irrelevant.

Um... I'm not making a big deal of it. You are.

Maybe you haven't caught on to this, but we start a new thread with a link to Enyart's latest show every day. And since KGOV.com started posting show summaries, we've been copying and pasting them into our threads as well. Granted, Jefferson normally starts these threads, but we let him take a vacation now and then (with full pay). My starting this thread had nothing to do with you. :beanboy:

No one's denying you the opportunity to respond.

I did respond. And telling the truth, correcting Enyart's twisting my words, and stating fact isn't a dodge, Turbo. A blastocyst and implanted embryo ain't the same thing. Nothing you say or think and nothing Enyart says (or tells you to think) is going to change that. Too bad, so sad.

You could have made the correction and addressed his points as well, which applied just as easily to blastocysts.

A blastocyst and implanted embryo ain't the same thing.
Neither are a toddler and a teenager. But all of them are alive and fully human, possessing human DNA.

Man just call him up! It is toll free for crying out loud. Should make for a good call on Enyart's show.

I won't call Enyart's show. He's as bad (or good, depending on what side you're on) as any given Hannity, Colmes, O'Riley, Coulter, or Limbaugh.

Aw, come on! He's going to expose your foolishness either way. You might as well be on the line for it. ;)

So, CNN says that 3 have been found. 2 showed up at a restaurant in New Jersey and 1 in Minnesota. CNN says they don't know why he was in Minnesota but he 'wasn't visiting relatives'.

 ...very interesting...

Unfortunately someone where I work almost suggested that. Liberals are so stupid.
