Mississippi ban on same-sex adoptions struck down
The state law against same-sex adoptions was the last of its kind in the United States.

JACKSON, Miss., April 1 (UPI) -- Mississippi must end its ban on adoptions by same-sex married couples, a federal judge ruled.

The ruling Thursday by U.S. District Court Judge Daniel P. Jordan III explicitly states the state law against the adoptions, the last of its kind in the United States, violates the equal protection clause of the U.S. Constitution.

In his ruling, Jordan cited Justice Anthony Kennedy's opinion in the landmark 2015 U.S. Supreme Court same-sex marriage case, Obergefell v. Hodges.

"Were the court to stay its hand to allow slower, case-by-case determination of the required availability of specific public benefits to same-sex couples, it still would deny gays and lesbians many rights and responsibilities intertwined with marriage."

Mark Newton, 42, an American, and his Australian “spouse,” Peter Truong, 26, traveled to Russia in 2005, and paid a surrogate $8,000 to carry their child. Shortly after they returned home to the United States with the newborn, they began a six year siege of sexual abuse which included shopping the child throughout the world to be abused—and videotaped—by at least eight men in the United States, Germany, Australia, and France. Creating a lucrative business for the “parents” of the child through the selling of pornographic photographs and videos on pedophile sites, including the Boy Lovers Network, the district court concluded that the same-sex couple created this child solely for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
(I don't think Mark and Peter are faring well in prison, as cons really hate child molesters).

You are using a liberal argument technique.

A Duke University official has been charged in federal court with offering his 5-year-old adopted son up for sex. Frank Lombard, associate director of the Center for Health Policy, was arrested Wednesday in Raleigh, the FBI said.

An unidentified informant who already faces child porn charges in a different child sex case pointed investigators to Lombard, according to court documents. The informant told investigators he had met Lombard on the Internet four years ago. The informant described in graphic detail how he allegedly observed Lombard molesting an African-American child on four occasions over an Internet video chat service called ICUii.

The informant said, according to court papers, that Lombard, who is white, said that he lived in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina and that the child was one of two adopted African-Americans in his custody.

Lombard is currently serving 27 years. Did I mention Mr. Fly that child molesters don't do well in prison?

It's highly unlikely that the child that was raped by Lombard is "doing just fine".

So apparently AcW thinks individual anecdotes trump large-scale studies.

On that basis, we must also conclude that heterosexual couples should be banned from adopting, since it would be trivially easy to find examples of abusive heterosexual parents.

Well then, if pro LGBTQueer "studies" (funded by LGBTQueer $$$) says that children are doing just fine when raised by sexual deviants, it must be true.

Except that these child molesting faggots (you're not offended that I use the term "child molesting faggots" are you Mr. Fly, because if you or anyone else is offended, I will immediately cease from using the term "child molesting faggots" when talking about homosexuals who adopt children), were supposedly screened before they adopted and raped these children. In fact, many of these homosexuals who raped their adopted child were being called "the ideal parents" before the truth came out.

Should the fact that they engage in an absolutely filthy behavior, one of that is full of disease, violence and death, not be a warning sign?

Showing that children are gravely endangered when allowed to be raised or even be around homosexuals is now a "liberal argument technique"?

Anytime you argue from the worst case, you use the same method liberal always use to 'prove' the case represents the norm. Sorry to tell you, but the fact is, you think like a liberal.
