Mike's question is when the Bible says, "Resist the devil and he will flee from you" what does that mean? I don't think it's saying we have some kind of supernatural power over the devil. But how many devils are there? How many Lucifers? There's one devil. And there's a lot of us. So if you don't respond to his temptations, he's got a lot of things to do. He's not going to hang around and waste his resources on somebody where he's getting nowhere with. So the more you give in to temptation, the more temptation will come to you.
