What dues do you owe and why?
You have to go to Mass. 52 weeks a year about, so 52 Sundays. Plus like five more holidays (holy days of obligation), including this past week's feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary (December 8), and the upcoming Christmas (Christ's Mass or feast of the Nativity (Feliz Navidad).
Plus you have to not commit adultery, etc. You pay your dues by going to Mass, and not committing adultery. It's really not hard, Matthew 11:28-30
2Co 9:7 (KJV) Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
'Hundred percent. Giving equals devotions, like the Apostolic "Pray without ceasing" (1st Thessalonians 5:17). You don't have to pray without ceasing (cf. Luke 17:10). You do have to go to Mass, and not commit adultery. No exceptions, unless, in the case of the former, you're invalid basically for some reason (caring for infants, too sick, etc.).
