There are so many grifting frauds in QAnon circles that I'm not surprised you haven't heard of him. But then the whole thing is a grifting fraud so I'm not surprised that grifting frauds are attracted to it. The QAnon crowd is easy pickings for duping.

QAnons and Republicans in general will simply ignore this, because they are all frauds:
Dershowitz's perversions have as much to do with Trump as Hunter's have to do with his dad. Nothing.
Dershowitz is in league with Trump. My hunch is that the dirty secret of Jeffrey Epstein's little black book is that most of the people named in it are Republicans.

There are several prominent names involved in the Epstein scandal. He was 'suicided' in a secure jail to keep him from releasing those names.
According to QAnuts lore, Trump is still in charge of the military even though he (supposedly) left the presidency in 2021. But according to James Comer, the military refused to follow Trump's orders even while he was still president:
