What am I missing?

The Department of Justice does not care about justice.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation does not investigate.
The Department of Homeland Security does not secure our homeland.
The Department of Transportation has made traveling a nightmare.
The Border Czar (Kamala) has never visited the U.S. - Mexico border.
The Department of Defense is too busy with the rest of the world to defend America.
The Internal Revenue Service has never been audited.
The Federal Reserve is not federal and has no reserves.
The Department of Agriculture does not care about farmers.
The Department of Treasury makes us broke.
The Department of Education indoctrinates, not educates.
The Securities and Exchange Commission does not protect investors.
The Center for Disease Control does not control diseases, they spread them.
The Food and Drug Administration is poisoning both food and drugs.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement is not stopping illegal immigration.
The Environmental Protection Agency declares toxic hazards to be completely safe.
The Social Security Administration gives our money away to illegal aliens.

What am I missing?

It's an argument to overhaul the Executive Branch's agencies but not to replace our whole regime.
(Which includes the Legislative and Judicial Branches, that's our whole regime.)
Almost every single one of the items in that list is an agency of the Executive Branch.
(The FED is quasi-government /quasi-private.)

Treating the symptoms will not fix the root problem.

Guess where all of them come from: the three main branches of government.

The Supreme Court is not supreme, nor does it make good judgements.
Definitely not with Democrat jurists at the helm.

That's why we vote Republican. Republicans overturned Roe.

The problems in the OP were almost all Executive Branch agencies with the one exception of the FED.

Dumbocrats are only half of the problem.

That's why we vote Republican. Republicans overturned Roe.

It was Re-publican judges that GAVE US Roe.

The House of Representatives does not represent the minority, only the majority. One of the responsibilities of government is to protect the minority from the majority.

That's what the Senate's for.

Senators in the US Government are elected by the people of each state by popular vote. Meaning, they are chosen by the majority.

That doesn't protect the minority from the majority. That reinforces the majority.

The Senate does not protect the minority from the majority.

It was a bit better before the change to popular vote for senators.

Not by much, if at all.

It was still an election process on the part of the state legislatures, which, as far as I can gather, were themselves composed of elected members, though Google isn't being very helpful right now in my search for how they were chosen... so if that's wrong, please correct me.

I agree, but I think that it was at least slightly better. Direct elections are almost always bad.

At least if the state legislatures pick the federal senators, you could complain to your state government (and possibly get them removed from office). Whereas, if the people of your state directly vote for the federal senators, you have no recourse at all.
