To Tithe... or Not to Tithe

A different take on the topic of Tithing. Regarding money and use of funds Churches have a poor reputation. The worst are televangelists.
Churches, all too often, play on the member's gullibility to get donations.

Tithing is actually a small matter in the scripture, not a major issue, such a sole loyalty to God.

I haven't listened yet, but i agree with the comments. The problem isn't whether to tithe, but what should be done with the tithe. If i remember correctly there are three tithes called for in the Mosaic law, and 2 of them are to bring people together for a feast, while the other one is to give food to the poor (adding the poor to the feast, in a manner of speaking), once every three years.
