[Liberals] say these pictures point to a bigger issue and it's an issue of military culture. And so they want to suggest the culture in the military condones the sexual abuse of prisoners of war. But in reality it's not the military culture that's brought this about. It's the culture culture. It's America's culture that brings about this behavior. It's Howard Stern and Black Entertainment TV and MTV and Hollywood movies and even prime time TV sitcomes which seem to be able to think of almost nothing but sexual crude jokes and bathroom humor.
And that's what millions of young people in America grow up with. And so for them to act out in real life something that would be a segment on Howard Stern because hey now they have the opportunity. It's not the military culture. It's the culture culture.
