Lightweight guys can fly through a bunch of pull ups.
It's a little tougher for us over 190.
Lightweight girls cannot. They do a flexed arm hang or something. You would have to ask somebody in the corp. Give them that tab anyway.
Maybe PJ the Great should do arm hangs, and work his way up to one pullup.![]()
