The last Confession of Vlad

The real Dracula who grows up as a political hostage to the Muslims and after a disturbing child rearing returns to his native Walachia to inherit his family's titles but is met with rival families who have usurped the throne. Excellent time travel into the past. The characters are believable and well developed.
