Trump encouraged people to get the new vaccine. Biden forced people to get the deadly vaccine on pain of losing their jobs if they refused. Biden did worse.

Due process is a term of art in law, and has a specific meaning involving notice and opportunity to be heard by a court and to have substantive Constitutional rights abided by.

In the context of impeachment the due process is political and the "court" is congress. Trump was given due process allowed him by the Constitution and it is a different due process than that which is afforded to regular citizens. Trump declined to have full-bodied input though he could have. The More You Know....

What do you mean by "political"----do you just mean that the court is Congress? It doesn't mean 'partisan' in this context (frequently 'political' just mean 'partisan'), so what do you mean?

It means that the determination of whether to impeach or not can be made on issues greater than just the facts of the offense. So, considering the impact on the country and the impact on one's own career is fair game.

Trump was charged with a crime that was alleged by an anonymous whistleblower the defense team was not allowed to cross examine. That proved the democrats wicked if nothing else did.
