Someone explain for me the difference.
A. It is great for an immigrant to be here when he/she have come in legally and are working to assimilate and become a patriotic citizen of America.
B. Why some people think it is great for an immigrant to come in illegally, fly the flags representing their native country and some forming demonstrations in our streets?

These demonstrations actually hurt the cause of illegals in the eyes of true Americans. It is such a shame that the Democratic Party led to this mess for the illegals and citizens. It is a shame that Americans won't take a stand for law and order and their own nation. I HATE all this is happening ... so tell me what was the motive of the Democratic Party to have started such a tragedy??? Vote them out and put someone in with wisdom and loyalty to our nation and not just to their agenda of their P.Party.

Lord bring peace and wisdom to our people. Amen.

I’m on the side of the Constitution.

Are you?

Are you on the side of the Constitution? Or have you abandoned it?

I'm 100 percent on the side of the Constitution, so much so, that I believe it to be the constitution for the globe, and am an American imperialist. We should be expanding, annexing, until the whole Earth is under the authority of the Constitution.

No it's not, JR. This is what your Fourth Amendment protection is all about.

4A is for unreasonable search and seizure.

Going door to door is neither. Citizens can refuse to identify, but the moment they step outside, they're fair game. They don't have to answer the door, nor do they have to answer questions. And again, foreigners here in the US are required by FEDERAL LAW to carry identification on them at all times.

They are arresting Americans. Read the news.

You mean the people interfering with the Ice Agents' lawful duties? Yeah, that results in being arrested.

Don't obstruct law enforcement.

I will not engage with chatGPT content.

Because you can't handle the truth.

You are wrong. Unless ICE has a JUDICIAL warrant, they're not legally allowed to enter your home.

Now you're moving the goalposts.

Going door to door does not mean entering homes. It means going door to door.

An immigration/administrative warrant is not the same as a JUDICIAL warrant signed by a judge.

I'm glad you recognize the difference.

ICE agents are allowed to detain anyone they suspect of being here illegally,

Knocking and asking is allowed. Beyond that does require a warrant. But you said "going door to door" is unconstitutional.

It's not.

Do you have evidence that they're unlawfully entering? Or have you been deceived into thinking that going door to door is ipso facto unconstitutional?

Because you can't handle the truth.

Because AI is unreliable.

Going door to door does not mean entering homes. It means going door to door.

A federal judge in Minnesota on Thursday ordered the release of a Liberian man four days after heavily armed immigration agents broke into his home using a battering ram and arrested him.

U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Bryan said in his ruling that the agents violated Garrison Gibson's Fourth Amendment rights against unlawful search and seizure.

"To arrest him, Respondents forcibly entered Garrison G.'s home without his consent and without a judicial warrant,"
he said.

I'm glad you recognize the difference.

I'm glad you do.

Evidence above.

A large crowd gathered outside the Richfield Target over the weekend, just days after ICE agents took two employees into custody, as community members implore the corporation to speak out about what's happening in the Twin Cities.

Last Thursday, cell phone video captured ICE agents holding two Target employees to the ground before forcing them into the back of an SUV.

"Federal agents assaulted and abducted two workers going about their shift, ignoring the one of them who is proclaiming that he is a U.S. citizen and had his passport in his pocket," Ben Whalen, with faith-based activist organizers from Isaiah, said.

Community advocates are now demanding change, as well as an end to what they call ICE's racial profiling of their neighbors. Target Corporate is based in the Twin Cities.

"It's madness to see workers just doing their job and to be arrested in our community. It's jarring," Minnesota Rep. Mike Howard, who represents Richfield, said. "The events of this week are showing just the devastating impacts."

Howard said he spoke to both men on Friday, confirming they were indeed citizens who were later released.

Another citizen arrested, an elderly man taken from his home in freezing temperatures without a chance to put his clothes on.

The cruelty is the point.

Not only citizens are protected by the requirement for a judicial warrant. Non-citizens are also. But ICE is breaking into people's homes and taking them without warrants.

Stand up for the rights afforded us by the Constitution, @chrysostom.

Another day in the life of an unhinged autocrat:

"Dear Jonas: Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America.
“Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a ‘right of ownership’ anyway? There are no written documents, it’s only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also.
“I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States. The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland. Thank you! President DJT"

Joint statement by Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom:

Meanwhile...

Russia is rejoicing at President Donald Trump’s quest to take over Greenland, portraying the move as further evidence of a deepening crisis within NATO and a strategic win for Moscow. Russian media have framed Trump as an unlikely catalyst for NATO’s internal unraveling.

Several outlets have even depicted him as a historically significant figure, not for strengthening Western unity, but for accelerating its decline. Speaking in an extremely gleeful tone, Russian pundits for the Moskovsky Komsomolets, a Moscow Daily paper, said: “Europe’s at a total loss. It’s a pleasure to watch.” The article went on to mock the idea of conflict within NATO itself, asking rhetorically: “Which NATO countries should start fighting one of NATO’s founding members? I’d watch that.”

Thousands of people have been arrested during ICE operations in Minneapolis over the past two weeks. Multiple attorneys allege that for some of those detained, including at least one U.S. citizen, the Department of Homeland Security is denying their constitutional right to see an attorney.

Four attorneys told ABC News they have been denied access to their clients at the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis, where they are being held, which they say would violate 5th and 6th Amendment rights to due process and the right to consult with counsel.

“ICE agents were physically restricting me from seeing them,” said one immigration attorney, who asked not to be identified. “I stood outside the attorney visitation room for about four hours on Thursday, trying to see one of my clients who had been there for multiple days. I kept saying, you got to let me see my client. And they just kept repeating, we don't do attorney visitation.”

Imagine defending literal pedophiles.

Yesterday in St. Paul, ICE conducted a targeted operation of 2 convicted sex offenders. One of the criminal targets had convictions for sex with a minor and sexual assault. The other target had convictions for sex assault with penetration in the first degree, domestic violence, and violating a protective order. Both also have convictions for failure to register as sex offenders. They both have final orders of removal from an immigration judge.

The US citizen lives with these two convicted sex offenders at the site of the operation. The individual refused to be fingerprinted or facially ID’d. He matched the description of the targets. As with any law enforcement agency, it is standard protocol to hold all individuals in a house of an operation for safety of the public and law enforcement.

Both of these sexual predators remain AT LARGE in St. Paul. We will be providing the public with photos and descriptors to help us locate and apprehend these public safety threats.
