Capitalism is when private parties, whether individuals or corporations, produce, own, and distribute the goods and services in a free market, as well as the profits such activity produces.

I would word it as the system where the producer owns the means of production. This shows America ceased being capitalist with the income tax.

Monarchy is an entirely different issue. You can have a capitalist economy in several types of government. A constitutional monarchy would work great with a capitalist economy. The question is only what the laws are. If the laws are just then there would be no conflict with a free market economy where people own what they earn by right and have the freedom to dispose of it as they see fit.

There are a few capitalist monarch governments in the world. With a caveat. They are effectively a monarchy with head of state and government that can make decrees and they are binding. And my point of 1 Samuel 8 is he tells them the ruler will take their wealth and income and give it to others. It is evil to do such a thing. If you want to give your wealth away, that is different.
