In this thread I will do my best to catalog a running history of TOL though the ages.

Look what I dug up! A screen shot of the very first version of TheologyOnLine. Notice we didn't yet own the domain name "theologyonline.com".

This screen shot was taken Oct 27th 1997 - I am not sure how long TOL was up and running before this shot was taken.

I am a tad fuzzy on what look came next....

You might notice I didn't take some of these screen shots. They were submitted to the old gallery from various TOL members and that's why I have them.

circa 2003

Knight,

It would be just as interesting to see all the avatars you have used throughout the years! When I joined in June 2003 you had the "purple knight" avatar.

Then we entered the hot carmel phase....

This is also when we officially got the domain name theologyonline.com

I printed a few pages of this back in the day (I did not have regular internet access). It killed my inkjet. Remember "timruah"? and "Kirk"? I still have the printed pages in a binder on my bookshelf. 4/10/99

I do too. If my scanner was working I'd post them.

The subjects are:

relevance of non-Pauline scriptures
Jewish believers
Preparation for Revelation
Galatians
Galatians 2:1-6
the two gospels
What do we do with Peter?
do we toss it out?

(you don't think dispensation was a big topic back then, do you?) :D

The copies I have are from the members

Mark T
timruah
Gidget
Roger du Barry
Jeremy Finkenbinder
Jane Clark
Steve Covington

Some of these posters were really great. I wish I knew what happened to them.

Or are they still here under different names?
