Two things come to mind - first of all he's slurring his speech and he sounds like he's talking with a mouthful of mush. Secondly the lying rapist is talking about a bipartisan bill that will cap immigration at 5,000+ per day. That's roughly 2 million a year. Is that what the American people want? 2 million immigrants let into the country every year? 2 million unskilled uneducated immigrants, many with criminal backgrounds that will continue their criminal behavior, that will compete with citizens including homeless veterans for food housing healthcare education jobs?
