Obviously, if car manufacturers aren't installing security features, that could be an issue for concern...

It seems to me that all the lawyers for the girls need to do is find every case related to gender, starting with a woman's right to vote, and state that there is already legal precedent for the court defining what a woman is. Otherwise there was no need for womens' suffrage right?

Assuming that the pictured individual is the murdered party...
The murdered "she" is a "he" and deserved death, (i.e. not to be murdered but executed upon conviction of his society killing crime) and his murderer, who was almost certainly a perverted sex partner, instead of getting what he deserves, will, if society is lucky, get three hot meals and free housing for the rest of his life. However, society isn't at all likely to get nearly that lucky! Instead, we'll be saddled again with this perverted murderer once again after about sixteen years or so.
The U.S., along with pretty much the entire rest of the world, has so completely forgotten what justice looks like that even most people who call themselves Christians who read the above will think I'm some sort of barbaric nut for saying it. The sad part is that we know that this anti-justice pendulum is one that does NOT ever have to swing back toward sanity. It can get very very very much worse and likely will do so until either our society implodes under the pressure of deep immorality or God Himself steps in to do something about it.
