I was hoping that those more educated in the Bible would comment on a new thread I am starting, because of The Barbarian's unusual theory that Genesis teaches that God created first life "Naturalistically", presumably over millions of years instead of 6 days.
Does Genesis teach that God created life "naturalistically"?

For one, #73 in the replication/translation thread. There are others.
"If if (life) formed naturalistically (as God says in Genesis) then it could not have been random."
Perhaps Barb will clarify the meaning of this.

If it does not, wouldn't that be one more reason to dismiss the Genesis account as a fairy tale?
